Sweat

It's hot. Between the workouts and outside - all I want to do is eat ice cream.

And sometimes I do, but otherwise I try to get in the necessary nutrients (in cold form).
Kale, cabbage, carrot, mandarin orange, slivered almonds, and pan seared tofu salad.
Not my best gazpacho. Recipes exist for a reason! Ha! I'll make a better batch next week.

Stay cool, my friends! See you on Sunday!

Your gazpacho looks good! I tried to make it once and I too definitely need a recipe!

    1. Yup, it's all about using a recipe! Tomorrow when I make it again, I will stick to it!

  3. It's hot here but then totally freezing cold inside anywhere...! So crazy. I adore gazpacho!! You can usually fix ho hum gazpacho with a good splash of sherry vinegar and a bit more salt. And if that doesn't work then just add horseradish, vodka and a celery stick ;)) Salmorejo is great when tomatoes aren't yet fantastic, the bread makes it super creamy and more satisfying, but you have to blend it really well with generous olive oil. Ok fine I'm obsessed.
    Anyways.
Good workouts and meals sound like mission accomplished

    1. Colorado, despite every summer filled with over 90 degrees and occasional 100 degree days, does not fully believe in air conditioning. Movie theaters, malls, and grocery stores are sure bets for freezing temperatures - so that is the only place to hide during the heat! Over half of the houses and apartments don't have a/c. Crazy!

  4. What's the point of being a mile high if it is still gonna be hot up there. You need a snowcapped Rockie.
