As you've guessed by the title: this post is all about hedonism. Ha! Here are my indulgences as of late:
 Above: actually not that great Theo chocolates. Below: the absolute best non-dairy ice cream I've ever had.  As in, better than specialty ice cream shops.
 Verdict: Soy Iced Chai > Almond Iced Chai.
My pamper day yesterday included a massage (this photo is post session). 
 And hair salon visit. I love Aveda products and their scent!

I should also take a picture of my bed, as I've been able to sleep seven hours or more a night.  During the school year, I really struggle to get six.  How much are you sleeping? I'm not sure I should classify regular sleeping hours as an "indulgence", but in our society of go-go-go, maybe it is...

  1. I got so excited when I saw the title of your post! I'm so excited for you that you've been able to indulge and enjoy some pampering! I've never had the Theo Chocolates but that is disappointing that it wasn't as good as you'd hoped. That cashew milk ice cream is everything! I think that is the one that makes the chocolate cookies n cream and that stuff was insanely delicious. I'm so glad that you were able to enjoy a massage and trip to the salon!

    Sadly I think most people don't sleep as much as they should. I've had issues with sleep my whole life. Pre-therapy I'd average 3-4 hours per night. After we worked on improving my sleep I've been averaging 6.5-7 hours per night which is A LOT for me! Glad that you have been able to catch up!

    1. I think I was expecting more of an Almond Joy experience, and these almond pieces didn't hit the spot. The cashew milk is the best! I will have to try the cookies and cream flavor!

  2. Have you tried Nada Moo ice cream? It's one of my favorites, so creamy and they have really amazing flavors.
    I'm so glad you got pampered.
    I'm definitely an eight hour kind of girl. I go to bed early and wake early, that's how I feel my best!

    1. Yes, Nada Moo is my new fave. The 3 newer dairy-free Ben & Jerry's are good too.

    2. VP- I haven't tried Nada Moo! I will have to look for it! Yes, consistent sleep is the best way to go.

  3. Oooh that cashew ice cream is amazing!! I rarely sign up for anything but i'm on their email list and they send out really good coupons too. What a great day with a massage and hair cut!
    Decent sleep on a regular basis (unfortunately) is such a luxury...! I don't sleep enough during the week and then get some solid sleeping on weekends. I enjoy a good nap once in a while too :))
