Approaching Success

I'm on repeat - "I was supposed to post this yesterday."  Just like Sunday's post became Monday's - yesterday's is now up today. But this time, I threw in a bonus. Details ahead.

Whole Foods Plant-Based Protein Powder in Vanilla Caramel, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, almond milk.
No Bake Oatmeal Nut Butter Balls
 Black Bean Quinoa Bake
Stir fry veggies with soba noodles and Soyaki.
Bonus: today's meals were the same, except for oat bran at breakfast, and then for dinner - a new recipe from Angela's Oh She Glows cookbook.
 Indian Lentil Cauliflower Soup

I'm thisclose to being on a regular working schedule. But good thing tomorrow is Friday. And it's MLK weekend. I PROMISE to see you on time - on Sunday! :)

  2. Everything looks amazing! You've definitely inspired me to stop being so damn lazy and to start doing my meal prep again. It's so on for this Monday :) Your meals look really delicious and the peanut butter balls, yum! I bet they would be good with the cookie butter from Trader Joe's too ;) I've been thinking I need to take advantage of the warmer weather and make a smoothie for breakfast one day. Yum.

We'll be here reading no matter what day you post :) Hope you can get back to a schedule that works for you only for the sake of your sanity, ha! Hooray for long weekends!

    1. Hooray for meal prep! It's a roller coaster for me - some weeks I'm in to it, and others I'm not. Cookie butter would turn it into dessert, and then I'd feel guilty. Ha ha!

I have to let you know - I've been on Etsy twice now for more stickers! It's so satisfying!! Are you doing a smaller version right now? I can't remember...

    1. No President's Day off in February for you? That will be it until Spring Break, followed by Memorial Day, so I'm trying to soak it up! I'm hoping for a snow day in there somewhere. You can't hope for that where you are... ha ha!

    2. No Presidents Day or Columbus Day, but we do get Veterans Day. Too far away to think about that.

sorry for using the word 'Kudos' in two different comments. Gotta expand my vocabulary.

  4. I hope you're enjoying the public holiday somewhere tomorrow! I'm staring down the barrel of a return to school, and empathising how blog posts seem to slip all too often. You've also given me a nudge to get out my cookbooks and start using them more often. And now I want quinoa!

    1. I love quinoa! I hope you can throw something delicious together before all of the studies take over. It's hard incorporating everything together - we'll figure it out eventually! 😊
