Health, Nutrition, Adventures in Improvement. . .
Well, it might not be a long weekend, but at least you made it!
It was a short week, and I'm happy to be on the other side of it! :)
Oooh yummy meals! I'm so jealous I can't have the Orange morsels because of the possibility of zest being in there…or there is definitely zest in there? I can't remember but in either case I want to try them! Boo for allergies! Beautiful light during your walk!Hope that school is going well and that it's cooling off a little it for you!
I'm not sure if there is zest in it or not, but it's always better to be safe than sorry! I think I could put anything hot on the salad and love it, as it seems to be the hot/cold combo that wins me over! The week was crazy. It's the most chaotic I've ever seen it, but I'm managing my tendency towards anxiety really well through exercise and prayer! I'll get through it!
Those barbara oat squares are so good! Same as the quakers ones i like to snack on it dry (ok fine, I rarely have cereal with milk)Gorgeous view for your walks! Ttrockwood
So good! I would be a non-milk cereal snacker as well, but I was able to eat these "correctly"! Ha ha!
You must have the healthiest lunches in the lounge. It takes will power not to eat the entire bag of Orange Morsels. They are so delicious. Half a bag isnt enough, but the whole bag is too much.
I live in Colorado, which means there is a competition for "grown in my garden" and "made from scratch" categories which I hardly qualify for - ha ha!
