Ugh! You poor thing!! My sister is actually in denver right now for a conference and was telling me about the snow. I guess you'll get one last chance to make some favorite winter meals ;) Ttrockwood
Very random, but I discovered that the frozen 365 brand meatless balls at whole foods are potentially as delicious as the ones from trader joe's! They're slightly more moist and little chewy, and well seasoned. $3.99 for the bag. Anyways, i know you like the TJs ones too so now we have a Plan B if they're ever discontinued again :) Ttrockwood
OMG!!! That's ridiculous!! I hope that it starts to warm up soon because that's not ok. It looks like you definitely had some nice warm, comforting meals to warm you up. That soup looks incredible. I would be terrified to drive in 8 inches of slush. I live in NY and have driven in the snow my fair share but I HATE IT. You are a brave woman.I hope the second round was kind to you!
We finally had a semi-warm weekend (quick storms yesterday), but Friday was borderline hot! I am so ready for an actual spring season!!
Oh wow - that's full on winter right there. Hope you're keeping warm in amongst the white stuff. Noodle soup will make everything better!
Miso soup is perfect in stormy weather!
I am so sorry you had to deal with that in APRIL!!!!
I was reminded that just three years ago it snowed on May 1st, so I guess....we should expect it? Ha!
On the plus side, that Soup looks fantastic!
I'm trying to channel Maud in my soup making! 😀
yikes, I;d be sick of that all at this point. The soup and oatmeal have gotten you so far! It's not like it's been super warm or beautiful here so much, but I definitely can't remember what snow was like.
Hopefully the snow has ended for everyone in the northern hemisphere!
