Believe me, I really empathise with your spring breakness. Back to school tomorrow for me - and sigh with it. Still, eight weeks and then I'm free! Is that rice dream a chocolate bar type thing or an ice cream? Either way, I would like one!

Ooh all about that ice cream bar and seltzer! I'm a big fan of flavored seltzers, and i've heard of that brand but not seen it, which is funny since it's New York Seltzer! Ha. Love the chubby bottle.I feel like canned diced jalapenos are one food that get more potent in the can, rather than fresh. They are so spicy! Did you add any to the cornbread as well, or did you keep them out so the bread could be a respite from the heat of the chili?

Well it's hardly spring on the east coast lately either...! Love your recent tacos, those little tortillas are very handy. (Although if you decide to freeze them be smart and put a layer of parchment paper between tortillas so they don't fuse into one rediculous brick. Ask me why i know this.) I never see cream soda flavored seltzer here...! Ttrockwood

I'm not a big chili person but yours looks really good and you definitely can't go wrong with cornbread.This spring has been so strange. It got really warm and now it's back to winter coats and being cold all the time. It's annoying haha. Hope you had a great spring break!
I hear ya, I'm not a chili person unless I make it - which is about twice a year! It's all about crumbling the warm cornbread on top. Yes, I agree! This has been quite a crazy spring! I did, and I'm glad to have a job that allows me such great breaks!
Surprised you use a mix for the Cornbread, it came out perfectly though, I see. I loved those Rice Dream Nutty Bars, so much better than the plain Vanilla or Mint.
