Eats from the Week

 
Lunch for three out of the four day work week in phase one (above), and phase two (below).

Final result included the addition of kalamata olives.

  1. I don't know what the weather's like where you are, but I always crave pasta as soon as it gets colder. As we're staring down the barrel of winter, as lot more of it's coming out! It looks like you've got the best of both worlds there with summery veg with it.

  2. I like pasta any time! Ha ha! The squash, zucchini, and tomatoes had been in the fridge for over a week, and needed to be used - this is my go to pasta dish with those ingredients! Cold weather means soups, stews, and chili to me!!
