Still Different

The trend continues! More long absent meals on the blog.  The least absent of these was breakfast:

Half of a frozen banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, Vega Vanilla.

Vegan Pad Thai Noodle Soup and salad:

Quinoa Burger and green bean fries, with ketchup.

Holiday Weekend on the horizon! Yippee!

  1. Oooh I am liking all of these different meals! How was the Pad Thai soup? I feel like I've been curious about it in the past but never went for it. Was it spicy? The salad is so gorgeous and vibrant! There is a lot of nutrition packed in that bowl :) I'm going to get some smoothies happening in the near future and I'm looking forward to it :) Yours always look so lovely!

    1. The Pad Thai was great! A little spicy, but not overly so. I'm hoping to have salads and smoothies a lot more as we move towards summer! Thank you :)

  2. you're still loyal to the Quinoa Crunch Burgers I see. I am still refusing to pay the price for them. Enjoyable post, hope your three day weekend goes by super slowly.

    1. They were on sale - but still $5 for the box. Yes, gotta support the local companies!! I'd be ok if it went quickly - more on that on Monday!
