    1. He is a handsome little guy, to be sure! I ate probably 65%, and yes - the rest was enjoyed later in the day! It's so good.

Many students were absent today. Because they need more time? (insert eye roll)

  2. Aww sweet Remy, such a handsome boy and a great model! He's so cute I can't deal with him. I got to cuddle with TJ and Tyler yesterday so it was a very good day :) The burrito looks insane, yum! I love the asparagus fries too, they look perfect. I would never think to use Old Bay, what a great idea! I found out the the bagel store that has the vegan cream cheese near me sells scallion tofutti so I'm going to pick some up when they are open again (it is a kosher/Jewish bagel chain so they close for Passover)! Your Easter table looks lovely and very springy :)

You are so close! I hope these 8 weeks go quickly for you! And I'm glad you had a nice spring break.

    1. Family animals are always the best cuddlers! Happy Herbivore introduced me to the idea of Old Bay, as I had never heard of it previously. I use it on avocado toast, tofu scrambles, lots of stuff! I need to try the scallion variety, if I could every find it.

Today was good, we'll see how the rest of it goes...

  4. Asparagus! One of my favourite things about the arrival of spring. I generally eat so much of the stuff I get really sick of it by the time the season ends! Breakfast burrito looks divine.
