I have been craving banana bread lately ;)PB and banana is my favorite :) Lunch looks so delicious, I love anything sun dried tomato. I'm so curious about the Creamy Coconut Jaali Bean now!! The recipe looks soooo good! I might have purchased some beet brownies (okay, I did), so these bananas might end up in the freezer for smoothies. I'm undecided! The quinoa was really good (I ate it today for lunch, too), and surprisingly not salty. I half expected it to be, but there was next to nothing in terms of sodium. I hope you can find the Jaali Bean and try it!Thank you, I did! :) It's almost your weekend!
