TJ's Coconut Milk Vanilla Yogurt with maple granola and raspberries.
Lunch at The Hive, a restaurant within the gardens.
"SUMMER HIVE SALAD: baby green medley, almond, avocado, blueberry, tomato, tarragon vinaigrette,olive oil crostini". It comes with cheese, but I obviously ordered it without.
There was a Bhakti Chai and three dark chocolate almond clusters later on...
How to: yellow squash, zucchini, and shallot sauteed with canola cooking spray, followed by a white wine reduction. Add chopped kale, tomatoes, and a few splashes of veggie broth to keep it all moving. Once cooked, add cooked linguine and toss.
