Wow that Aloo matar looks so good!! Really thick. The sauce sounds delicious, is there any other way to use it?
It says there are many options for what to pair it with, but is still vague (i.e. "use with vegetables"). I wanted to do potatoes and peas, so it was the way to go for me!
Snow?! That is so not ok!! I think we are supposed to get snow at the end of the week and I'm dreading it. I can't believe it's that time of the year again.Oooh instant hit and sour soup! Hot and sour is my favorite soup, how did that one taste? Ill have to see if I can find it! The aloo matar looks delicious! You have been coming up with such amazing meals lately!Hope that grandpa is doing well and will be home soon!
I will happily send all of the snow and cold your way! ;)The soup was great, but I've only had hot and sour a few times - so I might be skewed in my recommendation! The Aloo Matar turned out so well, I definitely will re-purchase the sauce. He is progressing well! It'll be till the end of the week, at least. So more visits to the hospital...
I wish I used those Indian jarred sauces more frequently. Assuming no news is good news re Grandpa.
This was my first time - I was seduced by the sale price. Good stuff, to be sure!Ha ha! Yes, he is doing well! "The food is terrible!" "They don't let me sleep!"
Funny how hospital patients seem to think they're in a hotel.
It was slightly better today, but not by much!
