Wow! I miss the weekend, do you? I am powering through, as best I can. The cleanse is still on-going, and here are my eats from today:
Grape Nuts, unsweetened almond milk, half of a banana.
Vega French Vanilla and water.
Cuban Baked Beans with half of a sweet potato (you will see this again - I'm having it for lunch everyday).
A steamy Quinoa Vegetable Soup (I've been thinking about this soup a lot, hoping it would show up! I should just learn how to make it.)
