That is so crazy that the temperature has changed that much! You are definitely enjoying some great transitional meals. Breakfast is perfect, I think I'm going to make that for breakfast tomorrow! Hooray for leftover raw pad thai and that dinner looks like a perfect fall meal! Yum! How do you like the Tofutti Sour Cream? I have no complaints about the Tofutti products in general! So very good!I still have more raw pad thai (I took a break after three days in a row!), can't believe how much it made!It was an exhausting week - thus the lack of posts! Hope you're enjoying your trip upstate!

Our summer temps returned lately, too, only to plunge back down to the 50's today . Such a swing! I love that brand of sour cream. So much better than Tofutti!
