1st Spoon: Oat Bran with Maple Syrup
Spooned by proxy (left my fork at home, work only had plastic spoons)
Cauliflower mash under the Mushroom Gravy, Shredded Brussel Sprouts & Collards.
Spooned into my mouth:
Not spooned: popcorn and Vinyasa Flow.
Evening spooning: Tomato Coconut Curry Soup
And a grilled Daiya quesadilla - as recommended by the author of the soup recipe.
Tonight, I am double spooning canines - Remy, and my neighbor's dog Frankie:
Every once in a while when one of us is busy, the other hangs out with the dogs. Last week Remy was over there while I was at the yoga/cycle studio, and now we are returning the favor! Frankie is such a good snuggler, and Remy does well with him. Additionally, I have a living heater on either side of me - perfect for withstanding the -13 degree windchill that tries to seep in through the windows.
