Started the morning with a grapefruit half:
A little later: apparently spelt bread burns quickly in the toaster too.
It looks worse than it was, but I moved my scramble on top for more of an open-faced sandwich effect.
Braving the snow for laundry detergent, and rewarded myself with a tall:
Sauteed collard greens and a (huge) baked yam:
Hot tea and a little popcorn after cleaning at the studio.
Academic Calendar filled for the next six weeks.
Mixed greens with dried cranberries, walnuts, and Annie's Balsamic. Potato Leek Soup.
I did a little cooking for the week, some of which you'll see in the next post. I'm also set up for workouts:
Monday: Align & Flow Yoga
Tuesday: HIIT Ride
Wednesday: Ride TRX
Thursday: Gentle Vinyasa
It looks like the same schedule, but I actually haven't had it for three weeks! I took four classes the week before Christmas, and then the studio slashed the number of classes it was offering during the last two weeks (to allow staff to have time off, and because many regulars would be out of town). Over that time, I've taken five classes total! So this week will feel like a lot of work. ;)
