PB Banana Toast

Asian Chopped Salad with broccoli

Happy Herbivore Meatloaf Bites, baked potato with Better Than Sour Cream and garlic powder.

So, I went in for the last appointment. . .
It was slightly emotional, just knowing that your "friendship" is changing, and we ended the session with an embrace. I wish that I had the capacity to express how much my life has changed, and how she has led me to my better self.  This experience has been a truly transformational time in my journey!

  1. It sounds like an emotional but beautiful last session. While the dynamic of your relationship may be changing it's not the end and it's nice to know that she will be there for you if you need her or just want to update her on life. In a moment of self indulgence... it's nice to read how much she's helped you and how you feel transformed as I've been seriously considering starting up my own journey. It's a scary process but reading about someone else's journey (and someone who's opinions and thoughts I value very much) it has made it a little less scary for me and I thank you for that. And like I said the other day, I know you will do just fine and I'll always be here for support if you need it!

As for the eats, you had me at pb & banana toast! Yummy! The asian salad looks really vibrant, is that broccoli raw? I want to stick my face in that baked potato, it looks awesome!

The good news is your week is half over! Hope that the rest of your week goes well :)

    1. All I can say: do it. I was definitely resistant, but when I hit rock bottom - I knew I had to do it. I was thoughtful about it, and spent some time looking at private practice websites before finding the right match. Some have had to try on a few practitioners, but I don't know anyone who has regretted it. Not a single person! Whatever you decide, it'll be the right choice! *high five*

It was indeed raw broccoli, and it even sounds weird to me saying it, but I'm all about broccoli right now. I want it in everything! Ha ha! If only potatoes didn't take an hour in the oven, I'd eat them more often. I'm in the "20 minutes or less, and on the table" club. Re-reading that makes it sound like I am an easy date, but I swear I'm talking about dinner. :)

  2. Nothing says "I'm no longer in therapy" like Meatloaf Bites and a Spud with Sour Supreme.

    1. Ha ha! If you had seen a picture of Pinot Noir and the label "dinner" you would know that I'd need more. ;)
