Yikes, sounds like you've been a busy bee! I'm glad you made it to the other side relatively unscathed. Do you have a three day weekend? If so lucky you!! :)THAT WAFFLE!!!! Holy crap that looks incredible. That is some delicious looking food porn! Beautiful breakfast :) I'm going to head to Whole Foods tomorrow for some more apples because I'm a lady obsessed! Greens and mushrooms are a great combo, I bet that was a delicious meal. Looks like you've been eating well through the craziness :)Enjoy the weekend! You deserve it!
I am so glad it's the weekend, and a long one at that! I just wanted everything to stop for a second so I could catch up. Unfortunately it didn't, but now that it's the weekend, I'm slowly getting myself back on track! Such a process!Ha ha! Thank you, the waffle did turn out well but it wasn't much other than a mix, Ener-G egg replacer, a little oil and water, thawed blueberries and a waffle iron. Fairly fool proof! :) The apples have been great. I love greens and grits, it's very Southern but oh so good!
You really know how to make the Waffles. Maybe you should quit teaching and just open a Waffle shop.
Ha ha! As long as the waffle shop is next door to a spin and yoga studio so I can work them all off. ;)
Apple snack! Anything with nut butter is pretty fantastic.
I also had banana and pb for breakfast a few times this week, and as you said - it's always good when there is nut butter involved.
Oh, a waffle shop - that sounds like something I wish existed.
More importantly, a vegan waffle shop as there are plenty of waffle houses and IHOPs in the world. ;)
I had that kind of week, too. Thankfully it's the weekend! You've definitely been eating well throughout the week, at least. I want those spring rolls!
I am so glad I made it to the weekend. The week was so busy, tedious, tiring, you name it! These spring rolls were particularly fresh; they must have come straight off the truck and onto the shelf!
That kind of week must have been going around. Your food looks great. What do you think of that Bhakti chai? I've only tried it once and thought it was a little on the sweet side, but that coffee blend has me intrigued.
Isn't that the truth! I do believe we have similar weeks, unknowingly! Bhakti has a semi-sweet version, but I've not tried it. I'm a fan of the spicy and this coffee blend!
I think you're underestimating yourself - the fact that you made waffles and picked up all that good food means were still winning the week!
