I knew you'd be the only one to know the exact type of smoothie, so technically you get bonus points! ;) It was an hour long Vinyasa Flow, and it was great - I'm always intimidated to take longer yoga classes (in yogacycle it's only 30 minutes) because I'm not very good, but this was an instructor I know so it worked out well.
