I ended up with a spare moment, and ran out to Whole Foods to pick up lunch (otherwise, it would have been crackers & carrots with hummus, and an apple).

With that tasty lunch and decadent snack, I didn't need anything before heading to the best Gentle Vinyasa I've had in a while. I surprised myself when I was able to do downward facing dog with flat feet - not on my toes!! Hooray!
