Cheesy Kale Chips (store bought) in the afternoon:
An early dinner of collards and onions, cooked in veggie broth and heavily seasoned with Old Bay. Dry roasted cauliflower. Cashew cream.
As mentioned in Sunday's post, I went to a spin and yoga combo class tonight - and that is not my usual class because of two reasons: it starts really late (also, it's 75 minutes), and is taught by my least favorite instructor. Tonight, there was a sub - a gal whose workout and personality I really enjoy. As much as I appreciated the full body workout, by the time I got home and showered - it was almost 9:30. And now I have a second wind, when I should be going to bed. Note to self: stick with the classes close to 5:00pm, like you usually do.
