In Reverse

I thought I'd switch things up, and go in reverse today!  I am fairly certain there will be a raw chocolate macaroon in a little bit.  However, prior to that I enjoyed a steamy bowl of miso.  It has been raining all afternoon and into the evening, also pretty chilly outside, but I photographed outside anyway.
An apple in the afternoon at work.
Lunch: Carrot Ginger Soup and mixed green salad
Breakfast: Cereal with almond milk.
A pretty colorful day.  See you Thursday!

  1. The soup looks so pretty. I'm looking forward to being able to photograph food outside again. It makes such a difference!

I had a salad for lunch, too. So good! Yours had a lot of colors in it. I love that. :)

P.S. That's so awesome of you to choose a hike that your readers haven't seen before. I love seeing things like that!

    1. It does make quite a difference. Now, all I need is a better camera. ;)

It was a good salad, and I'm excited to be nearly finished with my store bought dressing - time to make my own!

Happy to do it, and will do it again!

  2. I like the reversal of meals ;) Keeping us on our toes I see!

Beautiful soup. I've never photographed my food outside and I'm not sure why! Your bowl looks so pretty and I bet it tasted fantastic. Love the sriracha swirl on top too :) Extra steamy! Must have been very warming.

Lunch is so colorful and pretty! I'm sure your coworkers were jealous again ;) The cereal looks good too. Nice and crunchy and I love almond milk. I never drank just a glass of regular milk in my pre-vegan days but I'll happily sit and drink a glass of almond milk any day. Soooooo good!

    1. Mixing it up just to keep it fresh around here! Ha ha!

It's all about the outdoor shots - it's all I've got since I'm still a beginner photographer. :) It was a great bowl of miso.

I've never had a glass of almond milk, but I certainly spoon in the rest when my cereal is all gone!

  4. Miso is the vegan equivalent of chicken soup I reckon - perfect for winter weather, cures what ails you! I can't say no to a good bowl of miso.
