Grape Nuts and Almond Milk
Unfried Rice: brown rice, tofu (it's in there - just not really too visible in this picture) peas, carrots, onion, and broccoli seasoned with black pepper, garlic powder, tumeric, and Tamari.
Spinach with shallots, cooked in veggie broth and sprinkled with nooch. Roasted pumpkin seeds added for a little crunch. Two small red potatoes, served with ketchup (unpictured).
