Snack #1 (repeated later as #4)
Pita chips and garlic hummus.
Snack #2 Cheezy kale chips
Snack #3 Sweet potato wedges with ketchup
And some more pita chips with garlic hummus for snack #4. I'm drinking tea while occasionally paying attention to the Superbowl, as I have a really busy work week ahead and need to prepare. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - weekends need to be three days long! He agrees:

DeleteI have snacky days too and your snacks look great. I seriously love the cream cheese in the tofu scramble, I'm definitely going to have to try that. Can't go wrong with pita chips and hummus and the kale chips look great like always. Aren't sweet potato wedges the best? I definitely need to pick up some more sweet potatoes the next time I go shopping.

I'm with Sarah - pretty brilliant to put cream cheese in a tofu scramble! It looks like a pretty great day, even for snacking. my snacks are usually cookies and far too much hummus and nibbles of nuts all day long. You actually managed to make vegetables yr snacks!

Pita chips and kale chips - you've eaten almost all of the major chip groups in one day! You just needed to get some potato chips in there, and you'd have been away!

DeleteA bunch of healthy and yummy snacks - looks great to me. One thing I notice you eat that I don't think I've ever had is grits. They look kind of like cream of wheat. What do they taste like?
