The day started with Grande Soy Latte
Followed by pistachios (no picture).
Vegan Wild Rice with Green Onion and Currants (courtesy of Whole Foods) and cinnamon dusted butternut squash (courtesy of my oven).
All pre-made salads from Whole Foods: Cranberry Quinoa, Broccoli Slaw, Asian Cabbage.
I still have leftovers from Thanksgiving, but today was a nice break from all of that.
