Taste This

Followed by a peach (frozen this summer), frozen banana, spinach, and vanilla almond milk smoothie.
Lunch came from a small Whole Foods run on Monday night.

Beyond Meat in a spicy buffalo wing sauce, packed with crunchy veggies.  So full, so good.

This whole planetary tilt away from the sun thing, is really putting a cramp in my morning and evening photography.

  1. Aww hooray for your workout! It looks like a good one too, great job! I bet that smoothie was so refreshing after a tough workout :) That wrap looks and sounds delicious! I wish we had cool wraps like that at my Whole Foods. I feel like everyone is always envious of each other's Whole Foods finds and I'm totally guilty of it. The avocado pasta looks delicious as always! I need to make that soon, I keep saying I'm going to try it but I never have! I need to fix that soon!

    I am so with you, the lack of natural light makes my photos (and the photographer) so sad. I need to get out and take some photos of the pretty fall foliage before it's all gone too!

    1. I figured I should start showing my workouts - considering I promised I would, and then haven't! I just need to get back into the habit. :)

      It was a very hearty and tasty wrap. I'll have to pick one up again - but only if I'm really hungry! Ha! I love the avocado pasta, but I should branch out and try new avocado dishes, right?

    1. It was really more of an issue that my peaches were going bad, and I couldn't eat them fast enough! To the freezer they went!

  3. What on earth's a burpee?! The rest of it sounds doable, but those give me the fear!

    That pasta does look great - avocado pasta sauce is the way forward!

    1. Burpees are fearful! I don't like them. It's done like this: standing upright, jump down to a push up, pop back upright. I'm pretty slow actually - 7 at a time is pretty close to my max (10 at a time).

    1. Burpees are horrible! If they weren't so effective at working the entire body in one move, I wouldn't do them. :) Thank you
