Hi! After another round of supremely busy work days, I am happy to say being prepared (meal-wise) goes a long way. If only I could find a way to transfer those extra sleep hours from summer vacation, into my current sleep schedule. . .
Otherwise, all is well and here's what was eaten today:
As a thank you for taking on a colleague's class while she was out, I was gifted a soy latte from Starbucks late morning. I work with nice people.
As of today, I am out of prepared meals. And I am too tired to cook.
Shen half cookie occasion. I ate both halves in one sitting. ;)
