Insert Clever Title Here

Being slightly too busy for comfort continues.  It has to slow down at some point, right? Luckily, all this "work" for my job is enjoyable, just super time consuming.  Here's what I ate:
Homemade wrap: brown rice tortilla, garlic hummus, avocado, red bell pepper, red onion.

Unpictured trail mix.

Thin spaghetti, Roasted Garlic Sauce, Nate's Meatless Meatballs, Vegan Parmesan.

I am going to take my mush of a brain, and go to bed.  Good night!

    1. Time to enjoy some Nate's, I'd say! It actually got busier, but luckily I just emptied my head at therapy - now I feel very Zen. ;)

  4. Oooh what great looking meals! thanks for reminding me about the blueberry muffin smoothie, I totally need to make one soon :) The wrap looks amazing, what a great combo! Dinner looks yummy too, there is definitely a meatball memo going around and I didn't get it ;) I could totally go for some trail mix right now!

Hope things calm down for you soon and you can get some rest!

    1. I think it was nearly a year ago that you introduced me to the deliciousness of that smoothie! The wrap was fantastic, and a pretty tasty dinner it was!

It's been even busier, but I'm looking forward to resting a little bit this weekend.

  5. What pretty looking food. The wrap looks super appealing though. I generally don't make wrap sandwiches at home, and when I've tried they always look a mess and tend to fall apart. So good job there Ingrid! ;-)

    1. Thanks, Rachel! I finally found the perfect way (just this morning when I made it to take to work) to get a wrap to "stick" to its form: steam. Then it was nice and supple, and stayed put until and through lunch!

  6. Argh - I hate it when US blggers post something delicious that doesn't exist in the UK! - Nates meatless meatballs look lovely! At least I can make a wrap here!
