Actions & Eats

Two mile jog.  Dog park.
Copycat Starbucks smoothie: banana, chocolate rice protein powder, coffee, rice milk, ice.

One hour at Zumba - she's changing the choreography, so I'm feeling it!
Quick clean up, shoved some Tamari roasted pumpkin seeds in my face, and ran out the door for a one hour massage (thanks to Groupon.)
Late lunch: toasted Rosemary Sourdough, Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese, cucumber, tomato - au natural, no seasonings today.

Eight water crackers with my favorite garlic hummus a while later.

Dinner:
Coleslaw mix, peas, homemade cashew cream (soaked cashews, water, sea salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning).  Two small-ish ears of corn from the Farmer's Market.  Either my taste buds have been brainwashed by the supermarket corn, or this wasn't very good. Hmm. . .

  2. Wow, what a busy day!! Sounds like a lot of good things were happening though. Great job on the workouts, you are doing so well!

The smoothie sounds so good and that lunch looks PERFECT!! I am seriously so jealous of that rosemary bread, it sounds so good and I bet it is even better with cream cheese. Yum! Bummer the corn wasn't great though.

I hope that you enjoy your last week of vacation as much as possible!

    1. It ended up being busier than I thought it would be - especially during the day! I'm surprised by the amount of my workouts - hope to keep it up.

I realized later that I forgot the spinach! It was still good. :) I do love the fresh veggies on cream cheese combo - this bread is pretty great, too!

Trying to enjoy it, and hoping it goes s-l-o-w-l-y!

  4. Barely a whisper of Cream Cheese on that Rosemary Sourdough. Did you put any Earth Balance or S&P on the corn?

    1. Ha! I'll be sure to get a little more on there next time! ;) I ended up putting a little EB, but it didn't help the flavor of the corn. Sad news!
