Lunch: second half of yesterday's WF stop, the other Kombucha (2 for $5)
Tofu Spring Rolls
Carrots and Garlic Hummus in the afternoon (not shown)
Dinner: a twist on my usual miso, switching bean sprouts for wakame and adding a few sliced leeks as well.
This was the Longest. Week. Ever. So happy it's the weekend, I hope you have a great one!

The spring rolls look really refreshing. Do you eat them with any kind of sauce?
ReplyDeleteI love leeks! Nice addition to the soup!
The peanut sauce with accompanies them, and if I'm home - a little sriracha, too. :)
DeleteLeeks were leftover from my pho broth attempt!
Oooh the tortilla with almond butter looks awesome and I bet is perfect paired with the fruit cup. Do you like the strawberry flavor? Someone told me not to try that one because it was gross but I see all my blogger buddies drinking it so now I'm curious. Would you recommend it?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Maud, the spring rolls look refreshing. Love the twist on the miso soup, it looks like such a lovely, comforting bowl of yumminess!
Enjoy every minute of the weekend :) Hope it is a great one for you!
It was a nice change, with usual morning smoothie - I've been having nearly the same combos everyday, I am about to get bored! Gingerade is still the winner, but the strawberry was okay. I probably won't purchase again until they are on sale!
DeleteBoth lunch and dinner were good investments! Will we be seeing miso soup on your end soon?! :)
Thank you, I hope you're not working and enjoying the two days off.
The Synergies were $2.69/bottle here this week. Sorry it was a rough week for you. Just about 20 more days to go, right?
ReplyDeleteI would've thought that WF had the same sale nationwide?! Thanks, Shen, it was due to happen eventually. You're absolutely right - 20 more!
