Quick & Green

Sarah's Pina Colada Green Smoothie:
Delicious, and earned a lot of envy from my coworkers.  :)
Lunch: leftover Maryland's Kale (from Sunday) and another batch of Appetite for Reduction's Cool Slaw.
Garlic hummus and crackers in the afternoon, too lazy to take a picture.

Dinner: the return of the tostada! Brown rice tortilla, vegetarian refried beans, Nanita's Green Chile (another local product - I need to try them all, right?!), half of an avocado, chopped romaine.
A tight shot of the layers:
You're welcome.

Lunch looks great as does that incredibly scrumptious looking tostada! That tight shot of the layers is pretty sexy I must say ;)

  2. Does this mean you're still sick?! Oh yuck, I'm sorry! I sure hope you can enjoy this smoothie, and all other yummies soon. :)

Ha, ha! I did actually pause for about 15 seconds before eating to admire the tostada!!

  3. Ooh, that layer shot is great! Oozing out and all. You and Sarah get some seriously green smoothies. I feel like my spinach is a different breed or something.

  4. Hey, I think I see a partial slice of tomato sticking out there, demanding to be acknowledged. :-)

    1. Ha! Might be, it would have to belong to the green chile.

    1. No fresh tomatoes here, waiting for summer. If there are any reddish bits, it would belong to the green chile.
