More Repeats

For breakfast: back by popular demand. . .
 Grape Nuts and almond milk.

Grande Americano with a little steamed soy.  When people give you gift cards, they need to be used, right?!
Late morning, I had a Mrs. May's Strawberry Trio Bar.
Lunch: leftover lasagna from the weekend (tofu ricotta, spinach, noodles and sauce - nothing fancy!)
Garlic hummus and crackers after work.

For the last repeat of the day: tostada.  Brown rice tortilla (obviously a little burned during its trip to the broiler), vegetarian refried beans, half of an avocado (it's in there - trust me), vegetarian green chili, shredded romaine.

I hope to be slightly more interesting in my food choices tomorrow! In the meantime, good night, my fellow bloggers. . .

  1. So do you like your grape nuts crunchy or soaked a bit? Yrs look on the soggier side (not that that's a bad thing!) Seriously considering getting a box soon. Awesome looking lasagna.

    1. Ooh, great question! This photo was approximately three minutes after pouring almond milk - the serving was then consumed. I'd say, I like it the middle. :)

  2. I seriously want some grape nuts too! That lasagna looks like serious business. And in my lexicon that means amazing. :) A tostada sounds pretty perfect right about now! Great food today!

    1. Ah ha! My evil plan of getting everyone to eat Grape Nuts is alive! :) Kidding. The tostada is fabulous, especially with our mutually adored brown rice tortilla.

  4. Totally interesting to me. I need to switch up my cereal and Grape-Nuts are apparently being offered up to me by the universe.
