Avocado, kale, green bell pepper, cabbage, green onion.
Celery, shredded lettuce, shallot, onion, oranges, red bell pepper.
Oats, white corn tortillas, seitan, broth.
Any guesses on what I might produce this week? ;)
On to the meals. . .Today started with a favorite breakfast:
Everything bagel (toasted) with Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
Tall Soy Latte (with a smidgen of snow)
Dinner: stuffed bell pepper
Brown rice, soy crumbles, tomato sauce and paste, onion, garlic, celery and spices inside a bell pepper. There are two more that I will have another time.
The evening ended with a trip to Caveau with a friend and a few glasses of bubbly alongside great conversation. I would have taken a picture, but they keep it really dark in there.
